Li emphasized the currently heavy anti-epidemic tasks and the necessity of considering both epidemic prevention and ordered resumption of classes. Li also introduced the Universities achievements in seizing opportunities, cultivating professionals, and making breakthroughs in national and local talent programs to help Shanghai build a high-level pilot for applied universities.
