EDUCATION BACKGROUND:
1987-1991 Studied in the Department of International Economic Law, China University of Political Science and Law, and obtained a bachelor's degree in law.
1993-1996 Studied in East China University of Political Science and Law and obtained a master's degree in law.
2003-2007 Studied in East China University of Political Science and Law, and obtained a doctor's degree in law.
1996-now teaching in Shanghai Lixin Accounting and Finance College

1. Since 1994, dozens of legal papers have been published in such periodicals as Law and Commerce Research, Law, Politics and Law, Journal of East China University of Politics and Law, Modern Law, Law Forum, International Trade Issues and International Trade.
2. Presided over one project of Shanghai Philosophy and Social Sciences, many projects at the school level, and participated in many projects at the national philosophy society and provincial and ministerial levels.
