On May 9, more than 30 SFU international studentsvisited China Daily Shanghai Bureau, which is the international studentinternship base of the university.
The group was welcomed by Ms. Chunya Yang, thechief of the Bureau. In the Q&A session, students raised questions aboutwhat kind of talents are favored by China Daily, whether the newspaper has itsAfrica Edition, how it does its promotion and marketing, all of which wereanswered in details by Ms Yang. The visit was concluded by Khier Maksim, a SFU studentfrom Kyrgyzstan, who made a presentation to the others about setting goalsfor the future. The visit is very interesting and educational, said thestudents.
ShanghaiFinance University and China Daily Shanghai Bureau signed an InternationalStudents Internship Agreement in 2013. China Daily Shanghai Bureau is theinternational student internship base of SFU. The visit was organized by SFUSchool of International Exchange.
