On the afternoon of november 25, Vice President Chen Jingying, Dean Long Yingfeng and Assistant Dean Su Hongfeng of the School of Law, lawyer Fan Yong went to the Free Trade Zone Court of Pudong New Area People’s Court, holding the signing ceremony of the cooperative agreement & unveiling ceremony for the legal externship base. Hu Yongqing, (party member and Vice President of Pudong Court), Du Minhao (Director of the Political Department, Pudong Court), Cao Kerui (President of Free Trade Zone Court), Wu Zhiyong (Vice President of Free Trade Zone Court) and Yu Jian (Director of the Cadre Training Division, Political Department, Free Trade Zone Court) attended the ceremony.
Vice President Chen Jingying and Hu Yongqing made speeches respectively. As Chen Jingying pointed out, this cooperation will stimulate the common development of the teaching researches and juridical practices of economic law and financial law, enhance the functionality of both parties in academic research and juridical practices, and have important significance in the cultivation of high-quality talents for law studies and practices. Chen Jingying and Hu Yongqing unveiled the nameplate of the Pilot Free Trade ZoneLegal Externship Base of the School of Law.
Du Minhao made a speech on the signing ceremony. Long Yingfeng and Cao Kerui jointly signed a cooperative agreement. Cao Kerui gave the book series named Pudong Court’s Explorations and Practice on Service and Support for Shanghai Pilot Free Trade Zone to the School of Law as a present.
