From december 3rd to 4th, guided by the Ministry of Education and Shanghai Municipal People’s Government and hosted by Fudan University and the Secretariat of the Chinese University Think Tank Forum, the 3rd Annual Conference of Chinese University Think Tank Forum was held in Shanghai under the theme of China in Innovation: Strategy, System and Culture. Deputy Party Secretary and Vice Minister of the Ministry of Education Shen Xiaoming, Vice 05or Weng Tiehui of Shanghai, and Party Secretary of Fudan University Jiao Yang gave speeches in the opening ceremony. More than 300 persons, including leaders and scholars from party committees and governments at all levels, party schools, scientific research institutes and civil think tanks, attended the meeting. Yan 12hun and Luo Yueling, think tank experts from Lixin Fintech Research Institute attended the meeting upon invitation and participated in exchange and discussion on “Drive Development by Innovation and Build World Technology Power” and “Keep up with New Trend and Reform Innovation Governance System” sub-forums.
At present, there are 18 Shanghai University Think Tanks and 3 think tanks transformed from former Shanghai University Knowledge Service Platform. Shanghai Financial Development Research Center developed by Lixin Fintech Research Institute is a think tank transformed from original Shanghai University Knowledge Service Platform. Since the construction of Fintech think tank, featured achievements by internal reference have won instructions from the members of Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and provincial and ministerial level leaders.
