
For the purposes of comprehensively improving talent cultivation quality, deepening industry-education integration and promoting bank-university cooperation, the signing ceremony of the Industry-University-Research Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement between SLUAF and the Shanghai Branch of China Construction Bank was held at the Shanghai Branch of China Construction Bank on the morning of04il 12. Present at the ceremony were Tang Haiyan, President of SLUAF; Gu Xiaomin, Vice President of SLUAF; Duan Chaoliang, President of the Shanghai Branch of China Construction Bank; and Qi Hong, Member of the Party Committee of the Shanghai Branch of China Construction Bank.
A business exchange meeting was conducted before the signing ceremony. At the meeting, Duan Chaoliang introduced the history of China Construction Bank and the basic information of its Shanghai Branch, and pointed out that the signing of this agreement constituted a specific move of bringing into play bank-university cooperation advantages, seeking common development and creating a win-win situation, and that, relying on its resources advantages in the financial industry, China Construction Bank would take this opportunity to construct a new industry-university-research strategic cooperation and collaborative development pattern with SLUAF and cultivate high-quality integrated professional talents with innovation and sustainable development capabilities in the financial and economic fields. He also added that the Shanghai Branch would use all possible resources to offer all-dimensional high-quality services to SLUAF.
At the signing ceremony, Tang Haiyan introduced the basic information of former Shanghai SLUAF University of Commerce and Shanghai Finance University and the work done since the establishment of the new university through merger, and appreciated China Construction Bank for its long-term support and assistance to the construction and development of SLUAF. President Tang emphasized that, since its establishment, the new university had been actively making great efforts to construct a student development-prioritized talent cultivation system and a social demand-oriented academic research & disciplinary development, actively explored applied talent cultivation pattern reform, continuously perfected its applied talent cultivation pattern, further deepened government-industry-university-research cooperation, and continuously improved its overall educational quality. The Industry-University-Research Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement with the Shanghai Branch of China Construction Bank is signed in the background of the state deepening comprehensive educational reform and enhancing university innovation capacity, and represents a comprehensive and deepened cooperation under the developmental strategies of “Innovation-driven Development and Economic Transformation & Upgrading” and the historical opportunity of building “Four Centers”. He also expressed his hope to promote the continuous emergence of new knowledge, new talents and new achievements and cultivate high-quality integrated professional talents with innovation and sustainable development capabilities in the financial and economic fields through establishing a cooperation mechanism and creating a mutually-beneficial win-win mechanism.
Witnessed by the guests of both parties, Gu Xiaomin and Qi Hong signed the Industry-University-Research Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement between Shanghai SLUAF University of Accounting and Finance and the Shanghai Branch of China Construction Bank on behalf of both parties, respectively.
Also present at the signing ceremony and business exchange meeting were the principals of the Office, HR Department, Institutional Business Division, Personal Financial Department, Pudong Sub-branch and Songjiang Sub-branch of the Shanghai Branch of China Construction Bank, as well as the principals of the President's Office, Finance Office, Office of Employment and Entrepreneurship, School of Finance and Industry-University-Research Base Management Center of SLUAF.
