Since 2020, Counselor Wu Daqi’s Studio of Shanghai Lixin University of Accounting and Finance (SLU) has made significant stage progress in the special research on the integration of the Yangtze River Delta and the innovative development of Shanghai’s biomedicine industry after in-depth investigation and open discussions.
On the basis of the existing research achievements of the major Shanghai Highland Project, the monograph Primary Discussion on the Models Advancing the High-quality Development of the Economic Integration in the Yangtze River Delta has been finalized, and it is expected that the new book will be launched in late June. This book takes Shanghai Rural Commercial Bank, Shanghai Zhangjiang Bio-pharmaceutical Platform and Yangtze Delta Region Institute of Tsinghua University (Zhejiang) as the research samples to build an integrated system of economic security,an industrial economic growth system and a regional economic research system, and proposes several application recommendations for the economic integration of the Yangtze River Delta. The 6 promotion measures explored by the open cooperation team are exerting a good radiation effect.
After the Spring Festival, Wu Daqi and Yuan Tao (Party Secretary and Chairman of Zhangjiang Group) reached a consensus and adopted “revitalizing Chinese medicine in Shanghai” as an important research proposition for optimizing the development of Shanghai’s biopharmaceutical industry in 2020. On the platform of open research, the Studio has successively investigated Shanghai Institute of MateriaMedica (SIMM) of Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS), Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and related hospitals and enterprises, and preliminarily completed relevant policy-making counselling recommendations.
